The first conversation is not a sales meeting, and you are not expected to arrive with your records in perfect order. Most businesses come to us precisely because they are not.
We start with the business, not the books
We ask what you do, who pays you, how the money moves, what is growing, and what is keeping you up at night. That context decides which of the professional questions actually matter for you.
What to bring
- Management accounts, if you produce them
- Recent bank statements
- Previous filings and correspondence from any regulator
- Payroll records
- Your registration documents
If parts are missing or out of date, say so plainly. Knowing that records need rebuilding is useful information, not a mark against you, and it changes what we would recommend first.
What you get at the end
We set out what we think would help, in order of urgency. Sometimes that is a full engagement across accounting, tax, and reporting. Often it is something much smaller, such as a single filing or getting one process in order before anything else is worth doing. We will tell you when the smaller option is the right one.
Nothing starts until the scope is in writing: the work, the deliverables, who is responsible for what, the timelines, and the fees.
Everything you share stays confidential, whether or not you decide to work with us. If you would like to book that first conversation, our advisers in Ibadan and Lagos are a phone call away.
